SUNY-Buffalo student charged in criminal complaint for failing to disclose prior study at a PRC military affiliated university

A foreign student formerly at the State University of New York - Buffalo has been charged with using an F1 student visa “procured by means of a false claim and statement” for omitting his undergraduate work at a Chinese university linked to the People’s Liberation Army.
